Will I have to disclose any personal information?

In order to be registered as a student and receive certificates you will have to disclose your fore/surname, address and date of birth for our own records. During the sessions you are not asked to reveal any personal details, as we use fictional characters for our case studies and activities.

Is there any kind of formal examinations at the end of the course in order to receive an AQA certificate?

There are no examinations that we require you to sit in order to receive the certificate. However, depending on the workshop, there are pieces of evidence we ask you to complete within the session under the trainer's guidance.

Do I have to attend every workshop within a programme to get the AQA certificate?

No, you will receive an AQA certificate for each workshop you attend, subject to successfully completing the pieces of evidence.

What if I want to attend a workshop, but due to circumstances would be unable to stay for the duration?

Unfortunately without the pieces of evidence successfully completed, you will not be able to obtain an AQA certificate. The workshops are structured in such a way that it would not be possible for you to gain all the required outcomes, without staying for the duration of the workshop.

Is there sufficient support for the people who may find it difficult to follow the workshops?

The workshops are paced in such a way that they accommodate all participants' learning, irrespective of ability, to ensure progress. The activities are not designed to deceive the participants; they are simply an extension of the discussions that are lead by the trainer. Calculators are provided for all number-based exercises and our approachable trainers are always ready to offer support to any who are struggling with the material or the pace.
